payment and delivery
Cheque, money orders and E.F.T. Please contact us via the contact us page specifying your order and delivery postcode. We will contact you with a quote for shipping costs and instructions for completing the order.
For online transactions we use Paymate Express. Paymate accepts Mastercard, Visa and Bankcard.
To order online, simply select your gift, fill in your details and those of the recipient and complete checkout with Paymate Express. Upon confirmation of your payment, we will send you an email confirming your order.
Paymate Express
We use a credit card payment gateway called Paymate. Paymate is a secure, accurate and reliable Internet payment service available to individuals, businesses and other organisations.
You can use Paymate to make secure payments to any registered Paymate client, without divulging your personal or financial details to them. You can use a credit card to make a payment from any of 37 countries, in either Australian Dollars or US Dollars. You do NOT need to be registered with Paymate to make an Express Payment via credit card!
How to use Paymate:
- Log into Paymate from home or work - payment takes only 2 minutes
- You only need the seller's email address
- You can pay via an Australian or international credit card
- Keep track of your purchases with seller and item details online
- Reconcile easily to your credit card or bank statement
Delivery
Due to the physical dimensions and weight of some of our products we endeavor to provide our customers with a variety of shipping solutions. Please note that in our shipping page some providers may not have an indicated price/quote. This will be due to the combination of products that you have selected exceeding the maximum or minimum dimensions for transport with that particular agent.
If no valid shipping option appears we will have to manually calculate the shipping costs for you. Please email info@britafun.com.au providing a list of the games required, your delivery country and postcode and contact details. We will provide you with a quote within 2 business days.
The company shall ship all goods within 14 days of all orders being received with the possible exception of the teak chess sets 24inch in size and larger. Due to the nature of these products they may require special packaging to be constructed to enable delivery. If this is the case we will call the customer within 3 days of the order being placed and discuss possible solutions. If a delivery schedule cannot be agreed upon we will cancel the order and a full immediate refund will be provided.
In the rare situations where stock is temporarily not available we will call the customer and offer a full refund if an acceptable delivery date cannot be agreed upon.
The company uses third party providers for shipping and we do not accept any liability for damage and loss of goods on behalf of the partners. Insurance of goods in transit is not provided. If insurance is required please indicate in the comments box on the order completion form and we will call you back the next day with quotes.
Shipping times from Melbourne can vary between 1-7 days within Australia by road. Air freight can be arranged if specifically requested.
